Been using hrblock sw for years. Continuing to do so because of familiarity but see diminished quality. Especially applying updates, best to restart macOS before doing updates, else they seem to fail. Very annoying when you’re trying to file the return. OTOH calculation of my returns have always been accepted by Uncle.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used it last year and it was nice. My only dislike is that I had to pay for the State to be filed. There are other sites with free Federal and State filing that are legit.
