I like the program and have used it for years. However, I do not like the fact that I can't get real answers when I have a question. I got a suggestion that maybe I should delete my info and restart my return. Then they had the nerve to ask if I had any other questions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product worked fine but very disappointed with business aspects. I’m a repeat customer. I started getting discount offers if I filed very early in Jan. Well nobody gets bank and broker statements that early. Then they could not recognize me, so I paid full price - within hours they offer 30% off. Very poor customer relations.
