The software is relatively simple to use and guides you through the process. It can directly import financial data which makes the task of filing less onerous. A drawback for me is the price you paid isn't truly the full cost of the software. If you want to file to the state electronically, there is an extra fee involved. I don't know why this is but it is annoying

I’ve been a customer for over ten years. Software getting better but still needs work. Search function ok but needs to be able to find things better like “driver license” not found. This is where you type in dl number to file. I skipped over that to get it later but then had to rewind whole interview to get back there what a pain!!! Search won’t find that bookmarked spot

I was not happy with it because I was unable to pull up my 2023 information up from my computer despite having the 2023 program on my computer. I had to manually input all my personal information and use the information from my saved PDFs.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
