The import is incomplete. It should include previous years income, taxes, etc. Verifying should be simple by changing color with a simple enter or changing amount and enter.

Entirely too redundant, the app will take you to the same questions over and over again. I’m all for double checking for accuracy but this is totally ridiculous!!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The summary page is less attractive and less convenient than that of TurboTax. The important information was even split over two pages. Very inconvenient.
At one point the program indicated a conflict between the figures I entered and the figures on the W-2; yet they were in fact identical, and no explanation was given for the alert.
The program was unable to download information from my financial institutions; I had to enter it manually.
Otherwise, this program is similar to TurboTax.

Better than TurboTax, but still feels like software from the early 2000s.
Handles all the basic cases pretty smoothly. Easy import from previous years.
Wish it would have more information for some of the edge cases and what qualifies for various deductions. Wish it would tell me before I entered expenses how much I would need to qualify vs standard deduction.

Have used H&R software for years. Never had a problem.
Only thing I'd like to see is an easier way to check different scenarios without messing up the current work. Maybe have the software suggest after entering data if a different filing would be beneficial. Example: Bigger refund if married couple filed separately instead of joint return.
