For the second year I have experienced a major flaws in your software that has impacted my capacity to electronically submit my tax forms. I was impacted by your outage last year. I am beyond disappointed in this happening again.
I will give credit to the dupport team for trying to help me address the problem snd working with me. After an initial call, they continued to research the issue to nake sure i was filing correctly. The support team reached out to me within 48 business hours after beginning their investigation that my issue was now a know bug and it will be addressed next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I hate to admit it, but it was actually a pretty good program. Virtually all of the delays and problems were simply because I had forgotten to dig out some paperwork and the program reminded me that I needed to find it.

Straightforward but mortgage entry needs overhaul

Overall no frills attached easy to navigate software.
Had significant problems when I tried to enter multiple mortgage interest 1098 forms for the same loan I refinanced. There is no simple way to show that this was all part of the same loan refinanced with no cash out. However I entered it, it would sum up the loan amounts
Cons: Hard to import documents

This is the 5th or 6th year I used your product. I was disappointed this year as the previous years data did not transfer correctly. My state info had an incorrect AGI which caused my submission to reject.
And one of my 1099 data had an incorrect figure also causing the submission to reject.
After fixing both errors it submitted fine, but all previous years the data was correct.

I have been using H&R Block Deluxe software since 2009. I like its ease of installation and upgrade. It is easy to enter in my tax related data (1099s, W-2s, etc) and get results.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
