Relatively easy to use, good detail within specific situations, and clear submittal process. Some portions, like the tuition payments, should allow for data entry prior providing an eligibility determination. Then, it should provide suggestions to maximize eligibility.

I have been using the HR Block tax software for at least 10 years. I find it easy to use, especially since I can import the previous year's tax and reduce the amount of unchanging data that I need to input. A key to getting everything done in a short period of time is making sure that you have gathered all your tax statements together prior to inputting new information. If I went to an accountant, I would still have to do that, and that task takes the longest. I appreciate the final checkup / review for missed information and the advice the program gives as you complete the return.
