I have used HR Block tax software for many years. However in the past couple years I have struggled with the its ease of use. Mostly with logging in and getting updates. I switched from a LenovoThinkpad to Apple Mac 2 years ago and have heard HRBlock not as compatible with Apple. This year was worse than last

The software is fine, but I ran into a problem when submitting my return. I put in the payment information for the state but then I was forced to update the software before the return could be submitted. When I did that,h I was forced to reenter my payment information and ended up being charged twice. It was eventually straightened out.
