Limit the in program upsell; hack for rejections

I used Turbo Tax for many years and I got tired of the constant upsell. My view is that I bought and paid for the software I wanted and didn't want to be pushed repeatedly to buy an upgrade. I notice that HR Block has added some upsell screens and I hope I don't have to find another software.
Generally I find the HR BLOCK software easy to use. This year I had a frustrating experience as the federal filing was rejected multiple times even though the pre-filled prior year AGI was correct. I gave up and started printing the return to file by mail. As the 40+ pages were printing, I came across an online post that entering 0 for the prior year AGI often cured this problem. I tried that and it worked. It would have been very helpful if the software suggested that after a couple of rejections.

It never accepts my return. I always have to mail

Even though the Feds sent me a pin. It is 6 numbers and they only have room to insert 5 numbers. So every year I have to mail return since it doesn't get accepted. What a pain that it won't let me e-file. This happens every year. I like everything else like importing my investments from my brokers and easy to use. I just wish it would let me e-file.

I keep asking... why on Arizona State return is Form 352 missing? I can NEVER file my State return because I have to go edit Form 301, then go to AzDOR and download Form 352, fill it out, and print out the whole State and mail to Phoenix by USPS. I don't understand why it's soooooo hard to add Form 352 when it's almost exactly Form 322. This has been YEARS people!!! It's used by many Arizonans because of the donation to the Qualifying Foster Care Charatable Organizations in the state. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
