Much better than last year. The website did not crash. While I find the program easy to use it is not always obvious why the numbers end up the way they do. This happens most often on the forms that deal with financial information. It would be helpful to know what "exempt interest dividends" means and the help section is not much use in this regard.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I ran into trouble with RMD. Could not get support help, so I contacted a CPA. Apparently, the software was calculating incorrectly.

Worked well with some missing capability. I would have liked to have the ability to use the IRS form for credit for installing an EV charger, not available in this year's version.
