The worst - of a gradually more and more worthless - AI or AUI (Artificially Unintelligent) junk. I would stop wasting more money on another useless fad. In any case, I will NOT spend another dime for your inferiour "program anymore. Will use the free IRS program. At least (hopefully) their forms aren't scered up like yours was... useless program anymore.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Largely the same program since it was originally written 20+ years ago but it is now jacked to only work with Windows 10. I had to purchase a Windows 10 system to run this and only this program. Other than sloppy display of forms that are manually entered for example, the software functions competently.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your program again was helpful but missed a VERY important feature for me this year. I was unable to download data from my investment firm, Merrill Lynch, who is a pretty big player in personal investing. I am concerned that some deeper data may have been missed or entered incorrectly manually by me. This is a huge reason why I use your software. If the IRS replies that there were issues, or this is not fixed next year, I'll be finding a new program for this purpose.
