After many years... it is not for me anymore...

Have used for several years. This year was unable to finish due to non-help online. I had to do an extension. For some reason. this year was done differently, and I did not like the changes. I asked question several different ways and could only get info for a totally different issue.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We use it to calculate our married filing and the state return was clearly wrong had to use the free state app to file
