This is my 5th year buying H&R Block tax software and it gets better each year! I totally trust this software to guide me through the complex tax preparation process and review my information for any potential risks. Great tool and it gives me peace of mind during this challenging period each year.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked very well as usual, but did have one issue. For some reason it didn't find last year's AGI automatically (even though I've been using this software for years and hadn't experience this issue before). So before I could file electronically I had to retrieve last year's AGI from IRS site. Otherwise, no other issues.

I've been using this product for several years...and it seems like the exact same technical glitches happen every year. Why haven't these been fixed? Doesn't anyone test these products out prior to release? Every year there's a late update, that will not update despite repeated tries. And one would think that when they purchase a "Federal and State" version, that it might come with the State portion at no charge, but apparently that is not the case.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
