Ive' used this version for several years, but never been able to enlarge the interview to a full-screen size. I'd love it if you had a simple button to let us go to full screen - sure would be helpful for our SENIOR eyes!

Had to file a extention due to being uncertain about the direction your software was taking me. Noticed that package states up to 5 efiles yet I had to pay extra for efiling the extention.
I disliked the placement of your "up sale" add on. On top of that after purchasing it, your software kept returning to the up sale page not letting me go beyond it. My attempts to call were fruitless with no answering my calls. The one time I did connect I was transfeted to someone else and that call ended wiyh using a call back option that you guys never returned. I totally regret these purchases.
I used your online service last year and your system could not locate that data. How fustrating !

I did the taxes, and was told they were OK for acceptance, so I emailed them in. They came back and said there was an error in an ID. I checked the form and couldn't see an error, so sent them in again. They came back rejected again. I checked things again and found one number difference. I would have liked it if the program gave me a suggestion on what to look for.Theu were finally accepted at the last minute.
Cons: Time consuming

Have used H&R Block software for many years. This was the first time I ever had a problem with downloading
Data correctly. The system failed to correctly download three pieces of data correctly all involving leaving 1 in the thousands column in three different places. Forced me to review every number on my downloaded data after finding the first error requiring over 3 additional hours to review all numbers downloaded from 7 different items downloaded.
