I purchased this as I usually do every year. I didn't realize that the state was not included. So that was purchased separately. Then I was not able to e-file my state tax, and had to mail it. This was a shocker for me.

I paid extra for the +state option and ended up not being able to use it…extremely disappointed. I have never had any issues with the software before this year. Since it available only in app form it was a frustrating experience to say the least. For some reason the app doubled my w2 net income and I could not delete or fix. It was saying that I owed nearly $3000 when, in actuality, I owed nothing. I ended up printing a blank form and filling it out myself
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been using a version of this software since it was Parson's Personal Tax Edge in 1991. Yes - over 30 years. I like the easy access to forms and being able to jump around all the tax documents. Simple interface, clear contextual help options, and easy all-around navigation. This year had issues with importing Fidelity 1099 statements. That was almost certainly Fidelity's fault in how they formatted them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Program is easy enough to follow and enter your data. I did not import data I entered everything myself
The place I had a problem with was that I have ran IRS PIN number and it is very difficult to find where to enter the pin.
I had to file with out the pin have IRS reject. Then enter the pin where it belongs and file a second time
Need clear instructions on how to and where to enter an IRS pin
