So far, year after year this tax program has been very good. The only problem I encountered this year, 2024, was when I wanted to file my federal taxes and have them send me a bill later for the amount owed, there was not clear instructions on how to do that. That was very vague with no guidance.

The questionnaire format makes filing a return very easy as you aren't just looking at forms and trying to decide if something applies to your situation. Also, carrying over the information to the state return cuts down on potential errors. Finally, using the same software every year makes entering information faster since many of the forms are partially pre-filled with the prior year's information. Love it and no audits thus far!
