I have used Tax Cut for many years and it has worked well. This year I had new windows and doors for an energy credit. I only used part of the credit and expected the difference to carry over or I would increase my IRA withdrawal to use it up. I could not get the software to work. I could nolt get a human to talk to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good, product. Nice that it can handle my brokerage statement (else I would need a pro). One cavet this year. After itemizing deductions, and stepping to the end, I still had deductions I hadn't entered. I had to select the deductions tab to enter personal property tax (truck tax), and again to enter real estate tax. I don't remember this for previous years. (It's not linear this year.)

Extremely glitch difficult to update program and issues with saving returns. Has gotten worst year after year and I will not be using next year
