Generally OK but too rigid, e.g., there are some forms whe re I just want to enter the amounts without having to use worksheets to get there .

It's good software and I've used H&R Block in past years. This years version had a problem and wouldn't load. After multiple attempts, I left the computer. About 1/2 hour later, I tried again and it worked.

I’ve used this software for tax prep for years. Very disappointed this year as the software didn’t support e-filing for my state return due to a new credit. The software didn’t bother to share this fact until I was trying to e-file on the due date after post offices had already closed.
