Good product for average returns. Doesn’t support gift tax return. And state version can’t be submitted electronically under certain circumstance. A bit of a surprise….
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

The software works for the most part. There was some issues this year, especially as it applied to RMD's, whereby I shouldn't have had to be bothered with form 5329, since I had taken out more than the RMD, so I neither had excess accumulation, nor missed a payment. Also the imported AGI was incorrect, causing rejection of submission to the FED.
I often wonder if there is more deductions available, than just what I see.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Worked for what was needed. It kept asking for state information based on the imported data from the W2. I had to delete the state to get the return to process. The "pay by credit/debit card" does not state that it requires additional fees and you're trapped in the method if that is what you selected.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Software is great however for Maryland, one does not have to fill out the PV form if making a payment and the software should have provided the option to pay by credit card in Maryland without having to fill out the form. I had to figure it out myself. Otherwise, everything else was great.
