This product has an extreme flaw - no notification on whether you owe money to the federal government after the return was accepted, but several useless notifications about checking your return “status.”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a good product that I’ve used for many years. It is relatively simple to use, asks the right questions, provides adequate details about the various credits, exemptions, and so on. The interface hasn’t changed much though (feels very 2000s to me) and viewing the actual forms should be easier/more intuitive. Again, gets the job done but isn’t sexy or modern.

Cons: Hard to import documents
