I've used this software for 10 years, but as my taxes and my father's taxes became more complicated this software has become unacceptable. I had to directly fill out IRS forms even needed to print one out in the middle of things. And the help is terrible. I had to google almost everything to figure it out and often would up reading the Turbo Tax web page to get the help. I had to google acronyms because the H&R help didn't help. The IRS rejected my application with an error code that H&R didn't interpret. I have no trust in the program and doubt that they were done correctly. Next year it's going to be Turbotax.
