Overpriced. It does the job. Would rate higher if some of the description of what is being asked for wee simplified and not so "formal".
State should be included and not charge extra to file it. The program will fill out the form(s) but still charge extra to submit.

Easy to follow and use.. Items that could be downloaded was easy and the info was auto filled into the 1040. Even my messed up fairly complicated taxes were fairly easy to do. It must have been done right because the IRS didn't send me a letter telling me I made mistakes. The State was simple to do because everything is imported from the Federal form. Just needed a couple of things checked or filled in that are not on the state form.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
