A reasonably good tax software program. However when trying to contact Support I was directed to a chat screen. It was an automated chat without a real person. It never gave me any solution. I was hoping for a live person for support but none was ever offered.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
