Once again the macOS version is sorely in need of help. The updater never worked, requiring manual download and installation of updates. The State module also failed to install after the auto download and required back and forth with support to get it installed and working. Please pay more attention to the macOS version, and work with Apple if necessary to get the security model right

The product should be better to live up to its promises of supporting all the deductions. It has not supported the deduction for Long term care insurance 4 years running. It does not make the qualified business deduction calculation as clear as it could. It could tell when a business owner could benefit from a SEP IRA contribution which interrelates with QBI deduction. And the MD state return support could do a pitch for lowering next years taxes by contributing to 529 plan to get deduction. This year I got great follow up to my newest concerns & needs for clarification. There are long standing issues such as the need to click on each capital improvement to each rental property 6 or 7 times to keep the data in software & be able to e file when none of the details about the items changes year to year & one must keep the data in order to calculate depreciation recapture upon sale of a residential rental. The software does not aid one in calculating depreciation recaptilure upon a residential rental property sale. I & all in my shoes would appreciate if that could be added.
