Does the job - but not easy to navigate within the program since it is primarily geared for "doing the interview". Would love to see a 30,000 feet venue so you can jump to the areas you want to display without the need to wade through the interview stuff every time. I often want to see what my 1040 looks like along the way but can't see that until the end.
Importing data feature is excellent
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

If you have error codes in your program why don’t you put the meaning of the error code in your program too? It would have saved us a lot of time and frustration. We called your help line and your representative was not very educated on your program and was looking through your manual to find the answer. He did find an answer but it took at least 30 minutes.

The 2024 software was so easy to use! The updates from years prior are really incredible and have made filling out the tax return so simple. I really liked being able to take a picture of the W2 and have the information entered in each line, fantastic update! Will definitely be using next year!

I couldn't file my 2023 taxes electronically because your system was down. I had to do it on paper. I was promised a 50% off coupon for 2024 which I never received.
Your software makes it extremely difficult to file electronically when you have an IRS passcode. it is virtually impossible to find where to input that code.

I find the software hard to use. There seem to be two paths. One is going through the long boring interview process that asks a lot of silly questions it should have known from last year's return. The other is to go right to the forms, but then there are a lot of blanked out fields with no "jump to related" available to find out the source.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
