Over the past years I have used "turbotax" for my return. For some dumb reason this tax season the soft
ware only works with windows 11 (which I understand also has problems) therefore H&R Block software.
I fond H&R difficult to navigate and correct errors. Example to enter AGI instructions say click on a certain box, when it should say "right click". This just one example other problems occurred by showing only part of a form when making corrections

The software was not completed until 2/13. i have now filed our returns but lack confidence in the program accuracy. I have used the program for years but was horrified to find major errors in the program and it was allowing me to file. I wonder how many folks file inaccurate returns before the 2/13 update.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
