Confusing and frustrating

Estimated state tax was a real challenge. Your help screen popped up distracting all too frequently, and was a real nuisance. Your HWLP SCREENS are worthless!!!! I check not to make changes.. make that clear to download the program.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this program for multiple years. I won’t use it again. I had numerous problems navigating this year which I never had in the past. I used to recommend to others but won’t be doing so again!

Have used H & R block software for several years. Overall easy to use and thorough. And good price point!! This year some of the guidance around distribution from retirement accounts was confusing and unclear. Was able to track down direction outside of software.
