Very simple and straight forward way to do your taxes. Questions and answers and it figures everything out for you. Ive been using this for about 15 years and never had a problem with the IRS.

Going back into the program to where I wanted to go was very cumbersome. Had to go through the start of the section and answer all the question over and over to finally get to where I needed, which took extra time. TurboTax had a way to go directly to the area of interest. When new forms came in, I just want to go to the 1099-Int or Div section to add these in. Also, some of the questions were hard to understand and were not explained well enough. Need examples in the explanations and a simpler understandable language. I was not completely satisfied that I answered the questions correctly.
