Longtime user hits his first insurmountable bug

I have been H&R Block software for decades. This year is the first time that I have had a rejection at the federal level. I purchased an EV last September. Unfortunately, the vehicle's VIN number is not being transferred correctly from the interview page to the IRS's Clean Vehicle form. The instructions with the rejection are wrong. I am waiting for the 2/27/2026 update to see if the issue is fixed.

I only HAD ONE PROBLEM - New York state tax final review won't allow box 14 or 16 of a 1099-R to EQUAL the box 1/2 entry - this is an error on your software - the test should be not greater than (EQUAL IS ALLOWED)
