Too much automation. Some processes are performed but not explained. Unclear if the new tax laws deductions and exclusions were incorporated.

Thought when it said I was buying Federal and State, the filing would be free for both. Fed is free, but they still charged extra to file State. This to omit this info and say software includes State is a little unethical don't you think?
