The program gave an option of receiving a check for the federal refund. They only allow bank deposits or credit card refunds this year. I have been able to get the refund due to verification issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used your software for years but this year’s software is a disaster. Individual income we input was swtching between person. We reported the problem to no avail. It’s a total failure. As soon as we try to save our input, the figures switch to another person. This is almost a guaranteed audit this year because of your software’s failure. We are not satisfied at all.
