I bought the 2025 edition to do both my federal and state taxes. State STILL does not show accepted. I had contacted them close to 3 weeks ago. After an hour of back and forth the nice lady I was chatting with advised she was forwarding my info to tech/software support. They contacted me by email last week gave me some weird option to try and make it work involving changing my SSN and changing it back. They further advised if that didnt work I would have to mail it in! When I advised thats a crock I paid them to efile and now they want me to mail it in and I coulda did that on my own for free. They disconnected on me! Next year its def back to Quicken for me.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
