I've been using your software for nearly 30 years and have been very satisfied. The only time I was audited by the IRS there was only one finding, and it was my own omission.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I’ve been using it for a number of years now I am very happy with the product but I should be able to download a number of State returns for free and only pay for filing them -paying for the download and then to file feels like double dipping
