We have used your software for many years and love it, however, it is greatly overpriced. Also, We usually file our state return for free thru our state website. Don't be like Blockbuster video and go out of business because of excessive prices. Please stick around till we are pushing up daisies!

They made a mistake, I tried to get help to fix it, they were no help, it took me a week to figure out how to fix their mistake, I am old but I did figure it out on my own, why waste my money buying their product?

I've used H&R Block tax software for 3 years now and everything went just fine. All the essentials transferred over from the prior year. A little disappointed that the State of Kansas charges us to file an electronically filed return but that's not your problem.

Always have to phone support to get state software

For the fourth year in a row I have had to contact support on the phone to actually get the state return program that I purchased in the deluxe federal and state software. I’m seriously considering going elsewhere for next year software. 😖
