I have used tax preparation software from H&R Block for several years and always have found it to be accurate and relatively easy to use. Some of the instructions this year concerning RMDs were unclear, but that is an exception. Perhaps for an accountant the instructions would have been adequate.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used your program for over 10 years Was always happy until this year. The program would miss assign values constantly. It would add inputs from one income source to another. Very frustrating. I think I finally got it correct. I hope so.

The Required Minimal Distribution causes problems. You ask if the requirement was met but if additional funds were withdrawn there is not the option to differentiate what is what. In my case the software wants me to pay a penalty based on the total of my distribution not recognizing that I did indeed meet my requirement.
