I bought this package because it worked with Windows 10. It converted my 2024 TurboTax info with no problem.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I use this every year with no complaints. This year,however, I never heard from the company after being notified that my returns were filed.
It was over a week before I was notified they were accepted, even though the IRS website showed they were accepted in a few hours.
Other than that the software works well and thoroughly.

Missing function for Social Security Fairness act.

I was very disappointed that the software did not support lump-sum Social Security payments. Due to the law change in early 2025, millions of taxpayers who worked in the public sector received payments in 2025 for 2024.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easy to use, great product. The other major brand turned me off forever when they did not allow me to use the program on my laptop and my desktop at the same time. I need to do this for backup reasons and to be able to work from home and the office...

Although the product is better than competitors, it failed to properly import all information on 4 forms. I realize it was my mistake to not check all imported info, but it was frustration to find I paid over $1,000 more in tax than I should have.
