Almost perfect! First attempt to prepare my taxes ended with being stuck in a loop whereby it was asking to mortgage interest claimed in a prior year but not needed for the current year. Whet back, started a new return without importing last years data and successfully completed the preparation, software audit and submission. IRS accepted the submission and has issued a refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

It can’t even handle form 8962 accurately nor does it allow for efiling Pennsylvania return when there is federal dividend income exempt for Pennsylvania.
