was able to successfully use it to calculate my taxes. However, it crashed when I tried to use it to download financial information from my financial institution, so I had to manually enter all of the information that otherwise would have been entered for me. It also failed to update to new versions and it failed to create a combined software and data file. These failures cast doubt on the quality of the software.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Have used H&R Block software for many years. Very disappointed that Merrill Lynch statements did not import and I had to manually enter :( Also the mouse pointer seems to constantly go to the bottom of the screen. Not a computer issue on my end.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
