I have used this product for a number of years and will continue to do so. This year for I bought it online instead of at a retail outlet. It came without a state tax program and so I had to pay extra for not shopping around. I felt that you had not offered you best price online and I learned a hard lesson!
Pros: Easy to import documents

It takes way too long to file this way if you know in advance that the Standard Deduction is going to be your ultimate direction. There needs to be a shortcut for retired people with no mortgage and medical below the 7% threshold to go directly to the Standard Deduction.
Pros: Maximizes refund
