I have used this product for many years and have never had an audit or issue. Especially like the electronic filing which saves time. My federal refund is already a pending deposit when I just filed less than 2 weeks ago. Always easy to use.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The print function is horrible. I cannot print specific pages of my federal return. The state function does not print both sides and does not allow for printing a specific page.
