I have been using H&R Block Tax software since I worked for CompuServe as a Network Engineer. H&R was our Parent company back then in the 90's. The only thing I don't like or not sure about is the updates and why do I have to constantly down load a new Program? If you want to make us pay for the updates for the next tax season, sure I can see that, but the core program did not change. Secondly, what are the updates to the software I download, after I had already sent in my taxes? Did I miss something Good or Bad? Would I have gotten more or less on my returns or maybe because of the updates I had to pay? What are you updating? Lastly, A nickname is "Required" really? I thought you wanted feedback on the software?

I have used this software for over 15 years and like the ease of downloading forms from our investment accounts.
I did not find the ai useful at all. It could not answer the one question I had about IRA distribution. Raising the product price because of the ai feature was not a good idea. I got better results from google.
