Federal return preparation was fairly easy to understand and I was comfortable that it was accurate. But the state return (South Carolina) had one entry that didn’t make sense and the underlying explanation was vague. I could not determine where the number came from and how it tied to the federal return preparation.

Far better and more user-friendly than TurboTax. It did not require Windows 11, as TurboTax now does. It also imported previous TurboTax file info easily and better than TurboTax itself does.
