Had problems with the program and submitted an erroneous return. Tried to contact H&R Block but did not receive a response. I redid the return but it was not accepted and I am now being reviewed by the IRS. I hope I am going to be able to resolve this.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Have been using this software for about 10 years now. Imports information from previous year return. Connects to web site where our investment accounts are. Return got way to complicated to do by hand, this software makes filing return easier, and it makes no math errors.

Generally good but the normal updates never work and I need to download them manually. Also the state software never installs correctly and I need to call support and get the installer file emailed to me every year. This is on the Mac software. Fix these issues and I would rate it higher.
