You sent my state return twice causing it to be rejected. I had to straighten it out with the state. You billed me 6, yes 6, times for e-filing my state return.
Will you contact me to make amends?

I have used the H&R Block tax software for years. It allows the user to retrieve the previous year information (if it was saved on your computer) and modify it with current year information. It is simple and reliable.

Software fails to provide usable, explanations for data entry blocks Point you to IRS publications and failed to provide any usable human. I readable explanations for many of the blocks. The only reason that I continue to use your software is that I used it before in other years and have tried the other three software’s on the market and yours is a less capable evil
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I bought this back in December and had to wait until mid-February for H&R to finalize some parts of the software before I could file my taxes. It isn't the easiest tax software to use and seems to do things without informing me about things of interest. It seems to limit a person to two vehicles for taxes, so I had to combine the taxes on my first truck and my replacement truck. It doesn't make it very straight forward to file a RMD to charities along with a rollover to a Roth. The software interview process seems to skip some things, and a person has to go back and edit items in various categories it does poorly in.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
