Always enjoy using the software to file my taxes. I pretend I am in one of your offices and I am the client on the other side. I provide myself great customer service and add the survey on your behalf. I am all the way to the graduates degree in business adminstration so it's fun doing the taxes for me. Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I used the software again this year, I started the software and it asked me if I wanted to download last years return. I answered yes and an hour later I was submitting my return. Good program and I didn't even have to leave home.
