I have been using H&R Block deluxe software for about 15 years and have been very satisfied. This year the program was even easier to follow and use. They have exceeded my expectations. The program walks you through and explains inputs in terms this 75 year old can understand. I will continue to purchase their tax software.

There are certain automated features of this software that may need further refinement, such as being able to more accurately discern the difference between profit motive of a collectible hobby and an investment. The AI also needs improvements relative to other AI engine.
