I have had questions about the phrasing of interview questions which are confusing. There is no support for such issues with this product. Been using for many years but I may have to reconsider.

I bought this software and when I went to file my taxes the state portion would not work, I had to call for help and still had to PAY to file the state portion. I was NOT happy about the additional expense. I bought Delux plus state to have it all covered.
Cons: Time consuming
