I have been using HRBlocks tax programs for 25 years, including the state program for most of those years. I am very satisfied. Of i have one complaint it is the outrageous fee ‘if’ I were to have HR’ take my state filing fee out of my Fed refund.

It was much better than previous years that had glitches with the rental income sections. The last few years it had trouble completing and always seemed to have errors upon end of software review. This year there weren’t any error issues! Yeah!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I BOUGHT THIS SOFTWARE IN EARLY DECEMBER, ASSUMING QUALITY SOFTWARE, I HAVE TO MAIL MY RETURNS BECAUSE MY ACTIVATION WAS USELESS. I HAVE USED YOUR SOFTWARE FOR 35 YEARS. I WON'T USE IT AGAIN, AND WILL TELL ANYONE INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCT TO AVOID YOUR SOFTWARE!!! DISGUSTED AND VERY SAD HOW CRAPPY YOU'VE ENDED UP.DON'T SEND ME ANY OFFERS NEXT YEAR.

I have used your tax software since you have had tax software. Very disappointed this year that it took until the end of February to have the forms necessary to file. I was waiting on depreciations schedules which should be pretty generic.
