It allows you to glide your way through smoothly, guiding you as you use the software. It also interfaces with the previous year H&R software and automatically brings over pertinent information needed for the current return.

I have used your software for a minimum of 5 years, possibly up to 10. I have had good experience and no issues. I have never had to contact them for assistance as of yet.

I've used the software for years generally with minor aggravation, But, last year the software miscalulated a credit that resulted in interest and penalties and lots of quality time talking to the MA DRS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
