I bought the software around a month ago and did my taxes and sent it to the IRS and had no problems. I then started my mother's Tax Return as I have done for several years and when I reached the section where I would download the financial items from Merryll I find out that you have dropped them and I could not use your software. I had to purchase Turbo Tax to get it done. From now on I will use Turbo Tax.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used HR Block for several years. I find it user friendly. The only issue I had this year was waiting for the updates to be completed in a timely manner. I realize the new Federal Tax law caused many changes, but it was frustrating to have to wait until February 27th to complete my taxes.
