I've been using this software since 2006 and was very disappointed that the IRS rejected my return on Mar. 1 because of a problem with Form 1116. I also can no longer import my 1099-B statements from Merrill Lynch.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too Expensive

I have been using this software forever. All the money that is being charged for the deluxe which includes one state (that increases every year)- One e-file should be included for the one state. I will look for another option in the future

I've used this product for years and am very happy with the federal portion. But the state portion hasn't let me efile for the last 3 years. Each time there is a different form that prevents an efile. It would be great if the help or support on the website identified which fields cannot be efiled in advance.

Program works pretty well, but that is in regard to the federal program. The state program isn’t nearly as good. Some of the questions seem are ambiguous and don’t have adequate explanation.
